Silk Launcher

A very funny 'Never vanishing Silk' bit requires a gimmicked Thumbtip and later a silk launcher that can be placed in a top hat, pocket or inside anything else.
Would be wonderful to design a 3D silk launcher akin to the hotwheels launcher. I'd suggest designing it to use a spring instead of an elastic band to keep it smaller.

Would it be possible to build it from a toilet roll holder? reverse the inner tube. still need to figure out the lock and launch mechanism

all that's left is a trigger mechanism. so how about printing a nerf gun to shoot slik? with dual rubber band launchers!!
